I still think the degreaser needs a harder damage nerf. It's all about combos, so you should be fucked if you ever have to use it for more than 1 second.
except with the polycount set which gives pyro a great amount of speed but for some people never use, all nerfing that would do is nerf legitimate uses for the degreaser the axtinguisher is the real problem, i think that either making it so that pyros who have it can catch on fire or halving the crit damage and making one hit extinguish the target are both fine
Axtinguisher: On equip -'Number' run speed.
so I bought Sam and Max complete during the sale safe to say I'm pretty much in love with the telltale games now. I don't think they'll ever top the cartoon but they're way up there. That said the annoying bit is that Big Kills and Max Heads are do damned expensive and there's not much chance that they'll be reissued because Valve doesn't want to fuck over traders for some reason. I'm experiencing first-hand the rage that Sam and Max fans have been feeling against the fact the items are in the hands of people that don't appreciate them. Ain't pleasant.
Axtinguisher: On equip -'Number' run speed.
That could work. I always figured just replacing "crits" with "mini-crits" would fix it.
I don't think gimping the user for something completely unrelated is teh solution though, they should be "punished" to gimp the reason why they're considered OP.
That could work. I always figured just replacing "crits" with "mini-crits" would fix it.
this works too, i always figured that mini crits were for fairly mundane, easy to attain things (crit a cola, jarate, setting people on fire) [editline]17th July 2012[/editline] getting crits is for harder to attain things, e.g. ubercharge, meleeing someone while rocket jumping [editline]17th July 2012[/editline] i think i just figured out a way to fix the quick fix: give it mini crits as well as the fast health charge
I love it when you get that almost psychic feeling, like Obi Wan when Alderaan was destroyed. Like, there's a Scout hopping around, spazzing this way and that, and pop, 1-shot with the Loch n Load. It feels as if a lone voice cried out, and was suddenly silenced, as they had no mic. But it sucks when you're on the other end of a lucky shot. Like, BOOP!, crit-nade, now you, your team, and all of your buildings are gone.
Or when you're building and you get this feeling that a spy is behind you. You turn around and whack with your Southern Hospitality and there he is dripping with blood trying to run away because you found him out.
I swear, at least half of my deaths in this game are due to missing a doorway by half an inch while retreating and getting stuck

I found a pomson, yay. Jesus christ it's over powered.
I think the Short Circuit looks very cool, but I wont use it due to it being shit.. I wish they buffed it.
naw, that's killingfloor damnit
What? No. I always die in Killing Floor by thinking "Alright, doesn't look like there's any zeds close by, it's safe to reload" which is promptly followed by no less than 10 Fleshpounds walking around a corner.
I found a pomson, yay. Jesus christ it's over powered.
It'd be fine if they lowered the uber decrease to 5% and fixed that glitch with the dead ringer. On another note, that feel when you get dominated by a heavy with a medic sewn onto his back. I can never break those without going spy, getting a successful ambush as scout or pyro, or managing to lure them towards a sticky trap. God, I love sticky traps.
i personally like to vary my tactics as a pyro. puff and sting, from my experience, is the most situational thing ever, if you play against at least a compitent team, meeting 2 people will make you die really fast. so often i use that tactic offensively, on maps where i can flank alot, if i get around the enemy, or know they are coming, i can set up an ambush to take them out, of course engaging multiple enemies is bad, which is where puff and sting isnt useful. for defense however i like to actually run the backburner with a shotgun or flaregun together with the homewrecker, running laps around the bases, trying to flank spies and destroy their sappers. of course getting puff and stinged is frustrating and feels like a cheap tactic, but if you use it yourself, you actually feel that it is incredibly risky. though i've found i can usually do a better job at soldiering than offensive pyroing
How my impulse buying always distracts me from what I set out to get in the first place. I sold my merryweather to buy g. apoco-fists and now somehow I have two of the ghost recon items, no pyro hats, and a ref or so left over.

This is why you don't play TF2 near the ocean.
speedy teammates that are in critical condition but seem to harbor a fear for mediguns (or just don't see me) there needs to be lines for medic that are like "HOLD STILL" or "I'M COMING" or "THE DOKTOR WILL BE WITH YOU IN LIKE, 2 FUCKING TICS SO JUST STOP MOVING" that occur when you use the medic button on a teammate
Make a bind to say "I'm trying to heal you not shag you!"
Three rockets launched at you at once. That's a one hit kill for about.. 8/9 classes if all three hit, and this of course doesn't count crits. All this for a little bit of preparation.
Ohohoho, someone hasn't used Bazooka once in their life. What you're saying here is that bazooka is OP when the user is incredibly lucky. So is any other weapon out there (especially projectile based, except now you need to use that extra luck for spread). Bazooka works completely different from other launchers, but it isn't OP. You can't do many things you can with the other launchers, while it allows you to do other interesting things, ONLY at close range though. It's pretty much a rocket shotgun. You can try and spam at long range, but the chances are you won't hit anything, and if you do, that one successful rocket isn't worth full 3 rocket barrage. Just like shotgun. Destroying sentries is also awfully complicated and you can't simply cornerspam with it (also forget about spamming sentries from afar, like I said before). You need to expose yourself for long enough that you fire all three rockets, and hope at least some of them hit the sentry. Normal cornerspam doesn't work that well, since it takes longer, spread also applies to single rockets and engies with brain will simply come up to you and shotgun your bloodstained face already full of sentry bullets. Some more nerfs worth mentioning... Ammo. You run out of too fast. You will need to steal engineer's ammo on defense since you can't tank zooka from dispensers. Mobility. You need to keep rocketjumping all the time, since coming up to people and hoping to spam their everything before they spam yours everything doesn't work. You need medics, and medics will hate you for your inability to properly protect them. Scouts will dominate you quite quickly. Everyone will hate you for using "OP" weapon that they can't properly use. Yep, it is true that when you play heavy and soldier rocketjumps next to you with bazooka and spams your face to oblivion it doesn't make you feel too happy. Or when you airblast one rocket and the other two spray you all over the place. But give little solly his 2 seconds of satisfaction. Beggar's life isn't an easy one.
Sell your unusual they said, you would get amazing items they said I can't even fucking get Buds and some keys for Blizzardy Storm Flipped Tribly, but most sites says that it worth 1.5 buds.
Yeah, selling unusuals isn't easy, or so I heard. Like, sometimes you might even find yourself holding offers for half a year for complications like "wait, got dem buds already mate, some more keys..." or "sorry I just need to think about it for 3 more decades" and stuff like that.
Speaking of unusuals, kind of related. Encountered some person that didn't take too kindly to being dominated by a glorious Market Gardener to the face, so he went on to say "my unusual is better than yours" as if that made any difference. It did make me curious and I asked what makes him think so, and he said that because his hat was worth more, it was better in every way. And this guy reminded me of something that truly annoys me. People who do not wear things they like, but the most expensive things. I can't count how many times I've seen Bill's/Buds/Scarf or something similar to that. I mean, I wear Bill's on my Sniper, but that's because I think it looks good, so please don't hit me :v: Even though it is pretty fun when someone wears that or a high-tier unusual and they are absolute garbage at the actual game, though.

It's sad though, I'm a huge L4D fan and I won't ever be able to own one because of their ludicrous price, and the people who do own them just use them as goddamn currency.
