The reason I aim for the feet is not just to hurt through splash but to try to launch my target into the air. And if anything, with the sydney sleeper, you're playing the class more correctly. You're meant to be aiding your team. Sure, you can average a kill or two every half minute but in that time, my teammates would have killed the enemy team with help from the jarate effect of my sleeper.
