Because the TF2 economy runs off bullshit instead of logic.
Because the TF2 economy runs off bullshit instead of logic.
Just like the real-world economy!
Because other people like it as much as you.
But people never got the chance to like it! The people on spreadsheet almost immediately said: Hey, let's piss everyone off and make this thing 5 keys lol And then everyone followed.
backpack.tf
Fancy. Looking at some of these suggestions annoy me. But, swanky nonetheless.
If the cigar wasn't in man vs machine it'd have a much lower price. Gabe himself said that items in shorts sell really REALLY well compared to other items.

So if Sandman was in the MvM video... How much could I sell a Strange one for? ;o I'll be filthy rich~~~
This pains me. [thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/teufort.jpg[/thumb]
2fort. No further explanation necessary.
So if Sandman was in the MvM video... How much could I sell a Strange one for? ;o I'll be filthy rich~~~
Scorch Shot is worth a scrap at best, just like any other weapon.
So I was trying to get into a game of MvM the other night. Our team composed of Myself (spy) A medic, a demo, a sniper a heavy and we were waiting for a sixth. Sixth eventually wanders in, picks sniper. "Look, we already have a sniper we could really use an Engie or a soldier" I say patiently. "I'm a good sniper." "But we already have one, could you go something else?" "No, If we lose this round, I'll play another class" "alright" So we inevitably lose. He swaps to spy. I leave.
2fort. No further explanation necessary.
2FORT is a fine map! It's just that it serves as a training ground for every new player... I personally love the crap out of the 2fort classic map
Who the fuck ever thinks of selling Mann Up tickets for a key?
After successful MVM mission Heavy [voice] (me): "We make good team!" Scout [voice]: "No."
When someone wastes a name tag on a high value hat and then names it "Not for sale" Or something along those lines.... Weeks later its on outpost. Also traders who unless you pay in all keys, make you overpay on items.
I hate getting into MvM, getting all the way to the final wave then we fail that wave once and the whole team quits. It's happened to me twice today :/
When someone wastes a name tag on a high value hat and then names it "Not for sale" Or something along those lines.... Weeks later its on outpost. They're most likely wanting to just cash out, and trading them items is just an inconvenience.
But what's really to hate are the people who put up trades that say, "Uh, I don't really feel like selling this too much, since I've grown quite attached to this virtual object, so you'll have to, uh, overpay if you want it. Oh, okay. I'll totally- OH, WAIT! A normal person selling the item for its ACTUAL price? Well, sorry, mate, but I'll just have to take that offer! Stuff like that should be a bannable offense.

That's what the Scout is for
When teammates jump in front of your Jarate/Mad Milk while you're throwing it, or get in front of you while scoped in, screwing up your aim as a Snoipeh.
That's what the Scout is for
The point is that it's that one tiny pile of money that was just in a spot that everyone was not. Scouts aren't gonna find all of them all the time.
Some of the people out there. Was playing on a server earlier, where there was this one Soldier that tore everyone apart. The kind that makes you feel like the most loved medic in the world, and all that. The other team gave him all sorts of abuse, from the dated "insult" of "tryhard nerd" to other things. Eventually he got on the mic, and the thing was - it was not a he, but a she. And all of a sudden the other team apologized for what they did and tried to talk to her as much as possible, laughing in the most fake manner whenever she made a (bad) joke. It was first when one of them told her she had "a sexy voice" I had to leave before I drowned in spaghetti. Old story, but it somehow still happens at times. Moral of the story? Don't be a two-faced creep.

People (including myself) treated her like a person, not a strange alien creature that requires special attention. I can see where the kind of thing would happen, but I've never seen it first-hand. Although, I usually stay away from Valve servers and women rarely come onto the servers on which I play.
