One thing: Why is the patient's ammo count visible for Medic ONLY on MvM? It would be such an amazing feature for Medics. How many times have a Medic ubered/kritz a patient with no ammo loaded? Really annoying.

Why would anyone even want that key if they didn't earn it?

I admin for 40calgames and on their servers, there's a no swearing rule. I think people run that rule because when it is allowed, sometimes it gets excess. Nobody wants to hear the same person swear all the time, it just becomes so mundane and just annoying. It forces people to try to be nicer. Banning shouldn't be necessary for swearing unless its excess.

I can understand Ronin, he's been disillusioned by the last key. Option 1: unbox something. Oh man whoop de do it's a fucking unique item, thanks for warning me valve. Option 2: the key's alternate use. Trade it away for something nice and let someone else obsess over the invisible sparkles. Option 3: keep it. Congratulations, you now have a brassy dust collector.

That one person who has to comment everytime he/she/it gets killed. I jump onto a Yukon server, go Demo since the whole team has every role covered. Haul my ass over to the middle point, see a Heavy and an Engie setting up on the point. A Kritz Medic helpfully charges me since everyone else is dead and obviously, shit gets wrecked. The Engineer then goes "Noo kritz stickies :(" A few minutes later, after he's rebuilt his stuff one of our Spies comes along and saps it, then backstabs him. "Damn spies :( Why did you sap my stuff" I felt sorely tempted to be a smartass, but I didn't want to start anything since it seemed everyone in the server were buddies with each other. But goddamn it just annoyed me. And it continued the whole time until the map changed.

I don't know, in it's true nature it's just a key with a flashy name. If I were you, I wouldn't even bother with traders, I'd just open a crate and enjoy my average items. But that's just me.

actually, i didn't mind opening a crate with my self-made key back then. I have enough unusuals to suit my fancy and i'm not helping the contributors anyway since i didn't buy the key in the first place. I did it for the pure fun of unboxing stuff. If you want to do that or trade it for something nice, noone should hold that against you. I know i get crap for selling shares for unusual hats and i respect everybody's opinion about the issue or about my dignity about it. To me, unusual hats and trading is part of the game at this point and its something i have fun with. As for selling shares for unusual hats, i view it as a service that i offer to people who have little to no creativity but want to contribute to the game. Its no different from any one who has the resources hiring a an artist for a commission.
