Above image man
In all fairness, I would have a hat with an ultra-shitty description if it meant I got a proper headcrab
For the icons, it's HUD in a Shellnut by 123pendejos http://gamebanana.com/tf2/guis/27818 For everything else, garm3nhud's TanLight (the one that STAR_ uses) http://www.sdx-gaming.eu/?page_id=4097
I put the single HUD file into the materials folder like the installation instructions said, but it isn't working.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/dVKsl.jpg[/t]
I swear I am the only person who doesn't mind the long descriptions. When I see a new item half of the fun is reading the new descriptions because they just make me chuckle.
I just saw the new promos. They're sort of amazeballs (the Spy mask is fucking AWFUL, though) and Dishonored had already long ago piqued my interest...must find fifty bucks. Edit: NVM, all the good ones are related to Total War, which I've no intention of ever getting.
Come on sentry. My frontier justice is full of crits, I can take them by myself.
Best sticking to the Wrangler. I know not using it can free up your hands if you have a play style the accommodates that, but in situations like these the Wrangler helps because you can set priority instead of the Sentry picking targets based on proximity. [sp]Don't hate me.[/sp]
The fact that know on is trading a V. Officer's Ushanka or Security Shades for a fair price the fuck game
I swear I am the only person who doesn't mind the long descriptions.
Hey hello Demoman, how are your insta-arming 120~ damage stickies doing, eh?
It's 0.92 seconds, certainly not instant [editline]27th September 2012[/editline] Also on topic, the fact that people still argue that Stickies aren't supposed to be Demoman's primary because they're in the secondary slot, despite how Medic/Engineer/Spy are set up

But stickies ARE the Demo's secondary. Their meant to be used as a means of support, defense, and area denial, not his primary source of damage, that job would fall to the grenades.
If they were actually meant for defense they'd have a longer arm time like the SR. The sticky launcher's made for offense and defense at once. Why else would it have an achievement for killing with airburst grenades?

It was DESIGNED to lay traps, but it can certainly DO both, and they just sort of rolled with it after that.
What annoys me is when you are melee fighting someone and hit them (it makes the sound and even adds a flesh wound to him) but does nothing.
The fact that no-one uses the Scottish Resistance, preferring sticky-spamming. It's such a good weapon, ten time better than the default. It's area denial ability is invaluable, far more so than just brain-dead chucking stickies everywhere like it's the height of fashion.

No doubt they're good, but people with half a brain will try to shoot stickies and not walk over them, meaning you have to force people to walk on them.

Since you can destroy any enemy stickies with the ScoRes you can clean control points and cover the whole place when you are capping. No doubt they're good, but people with half a brain will try to shoot stickies and not walk over them, meaning you have to force people to walk on them.
You can still use them for spamming if you're that kind of person, but it's marginally harder. If you put them in places that aren't obvious (such as above, no-one looks up) then you have no down-sides. Hell, even putting them on the floor generally works anyway. I don't normal use it on defense, since I prefer to tank and spank.

Place stickies underneath health and ammo kits. Place stickies around doorframes. Place stickies on the ceiling. If friendly Pyros are around, place stickies in common fire dousing pools. To me, ScoRes "Spider" Demoman is most entertaining Demoman.
The fact that we've had ten new weapons this year, four of which were promos (though one of them was the guillotine which is worth about three new weapons to me) and the rest were from a "major" update. And we're getting none at Halloween, and Smissmass is suspicious (but still a faint glimmer of hope). Honestly, at this point I'd even take a new Demo shield, maybe with bullet and melee resistance.

[editline]28th September 2012[/editline] I don't even use stickies, so I use the sticky jumper on large/non ctf maps, and the chargentarge on others, and with the stock grenade launcher always, along with either the eyelander or sometimes the big axe thing.

http://tf2b.com/tf2/item/Digits2/790490889 Aww ye. What annoys me is how soldier vs heavy is a really annoying matchup. They just keep shooting at me I fear for my rockets if the goalkeeper comes out :c
I hate TailsTheLittleFox and people like him. Like Raptor. Raptor bought an burning Anger for like 25 and he is pricing it like at 40. He got offered 2 nuts brainiacs and he was like "This is low" even when it was from what I heard 35 in unusuals.
It's annoying how the Demoman hasn't gotten any new Grenade Launchers/Sticky Launchers yet; he just gets melee after melee after melee. He's called the Demoman, not the Meleeman.

I will agree that he needs more, though.
You know what I dislike? There are 2 melee weapons Pyros use: Axtinguisher and Homewrecker (reskins added for one's own taste) Where's the love for the Volcano Fragment? Third Degree? Lollichop?
I still use my lollichop. It's way too cute, running around with a giant lollipop in your hands is just awesome.
How absurdly situational the Gunboats are. They're alright with the Cow Mangler, but not having a secondary as Soldier is uncomfortable at best and suicide at worst. My Bison is my best friend.
How absurdly situational the Gunboats are. They're alright with the Cow Mangler, but not having a secondary as Soldier is uncomfortable at best and suicide at worst. My Bison is my best friend.
I would be lost without my Gunboats, I love them to shreds. It gives me the comfortability to rocket jump around maps, getting to areas faster and generally roam around without needing to rely on a pocket Medic. Like Payload maps or Capture Point maps, while my teammates are securing a point, I can jump away and kill that Engie preparing a nest.
I don't use the Scottish Resistance much because that .5 extra second arm time will usually get me in a bad spot real fast.
