I wouldn't mind seeing clothes... Except they shouldn't give special abilities. In fact, I think it would work if these clothes were in the hat slot, so you couldn't wear a hat AND a new outfit.
Mods/Skins, what do you want? useless cosmetics? or a new class update? Valve time flows much faster if you dont try to interfere. /thread

Yes but it shouldt give them extra of anything or something new.
I think he means with slightly edited costumes, not completely altered Models.
It would make classes completely unrecognizable. The hats are the limit because you can still see what team/class someone is.

No need to make a new slot when there's already a similar one that [i]still[/i] needs to be applied to eight classes. Nine, if you disregard items that will never be available for most of the playerbase.

I'd like aesthetics only. Something subtle like giving the sniper a Hawaiian shirt instead of his normal tee.
I'd personally quite like to see a clichéd yellow jumpsuit (a la Evil Genius) outfit for the Engineer.
Outfits could be fun, but only if they are only for looks. No stat boosts. TF2 isn't an mmo/rpg, it's enough with the new weapons.

I am already pretty angry with some of the hats they have made that don't match the class's silhouette (halo), we don't need to make distinguishing classes harder.
Screw this. If you're going to do this, you might as well give TF2 genders too! and then give them all PONIES! (Then the demands for BEER and HOOKERS will come along and ruin TF2 more!)
I have an incredible idea. MAKE EVERY CLASS AN OUTFIT WHERE THEY LEAVE A TEN METRE RAINBOW EFFECTS BEHIND THEM AND SHOOT STROBE RAINBOWS OUT OF THEIR EYES. THE DEMOMAN'S KILT WILL ANIMATE IN 2O DIFFERENT WAYS THE SOLDIER'S HELMET WILL SPIN AROUND AND HAVE A 50 FOOT RAINBOW SIREN ON TOP OF IT THE SCOUT WILL HAVE EXTRA POLYGONS JUST SO THEY CAN BE JIGGLEBONED. THE PYRO WILL BE ENULFED IN FLAMES THAT FLASH BLACK AND WHITE 2000 TIMES A SECOND THE SPY WILL HAVE A FLOATING GIF OF A SPINNING DOG REPLACING HIS CLOAK THE HEAVY WILL EMIT STROBE LIGHTS FROM HIS MOUTH WHEN HIS HOLDS, EATS, AND PRACTICALLY DOES ANYTHING WITH A SANDVICH THE MEDIC'S HEALTH PACK WILL BECOME THE MOST REALISTIC COPY OF A CAT IN A VIDEO GAME WITH 10,000,000 POLYGONS AND A 30 GB TEXTURE. THE ENGINEER'S SUIT WILL ENLARGE OR REDUCE DRAMATICALLY IN SIZE EVERY 0.003 SECONDS THE SNIPER WILL BECOME A CROCODILE WHO BACKFLIPS AT A RATE OF 300 RPM WHEN ZOOMED IN OR WITH THE HUNTSMAN PULLED BACK
