I have a serious problem. Steam won't open and also if the window appears, it will freeze and after a time, dissapear.

I'm trying to sell my NnB hermes for Borderlands: GOTY edition, and people are telling me that it's too much to pay for it, it's 8 keys max for borderlands, and a bunch of other shit, but my hat has only gotten 1 bud offers, and a bud is around 30 dollars and so it borderlands. What the fuck?
