Noob question, do hl2.exe crash errors make TF2 run slower gradually over time?

word of advice never put on the Max Payne theme into your playlist for gaming suddenly, when playing TF2, when you see all your friends die, it becomes tragic. When your team loses, you feel like you have to narrate why and when everything went wrong
