So I'm using Highframes, I have set it to work properly and everything, I've set dxlevel to 81, but when I leave the "-dxlevel 81" parameter in launch it gives me a significant boost at the cost of the steam overlay not working, but when I remove it my FPS drops. It wasn't like that a few days ago, anybody know what's wrong?

I got the best thing from the museum gift shop. A whirly-gig! Aww yeah.

Sometimes when I reinstall the config it gets fixed, other times when i install it it messes up even further.
