People aren't constantly going "fix it garry you cant do anything right". What I can deduce is that the reason avatars got disabled last time was because of people constantly bitching, rather than an actual exploit. The problem lies here with php and how it checks file size. It does remind me of the cloudflare caching thread stuff though.
