I like using the Neon Sign, but it needs to have its stats changed IMO. Some maps dont even have water, so the only way to use it to its fullest it to hope that someone has Jarate or Mad Milk. If they dont, it doesnt have any Positive attributes at all. Its still fun to use, I love the satisfying buzz when you hit someone.

My friend got GEP. I told him it was shit, he didn't listen. It's basically a copy/paste of GUP edit: he paid 2 buds let me at 'em, best scanner. i wish i had it before gibe hats pls
