Whenever I join any MvM server my game crashes. Could it be a mod problem? Or the update itself?

With the demo, just upgrade his reload speed and health on kill. Maybe you could increase total ammo, and you'll be set. If you have money to spare, buy the crit boost for your canteen and activate it at the gate and lay down 8 crit stickies so you can blow everything up at the start.
