Needed money so traded away my TF2 backpack guy added me seem like a nice fellow, ended up trading with him instead of checking and making sure he wasn't a scammer. Ended up losing my entire backpack, guess thats what I get for trusting people so easily.
Once traded away a lot of stuff, including a couple voodoo souls and some hats, away for a Vintage Merryweather. Not because I liked it, but because the guy was claiming that it was very rare and highly sought after. A friend of mine even said it was a good trade.

My old account got hacked, the hacker took all of my items, but I got all of my items back, then 5 months later got VAC Banned (im guessing the hacker used some hacks or something) and the retarded steam support retards don't give a shit.
I also lost a bud to some guy with tons of good rep that i'll probably never report because i'm too lazy and it's kinda my fault.
The Worst: I gave a "new" player some free stuff. Turned out the "new" player had an alt that had like 10 buds worth of shit... I didn't care about the items, but it just really pissed me off.

I raffled a Team Captain, and the guy who won added me. I was an idiot and didn't check that it was actually the guy who won - he had checked the "Delivered" mark which made it public who won, so I delivered the TC to the first guy with his name who added me for it and went to eat.
When I returned, I had 3 more friend requests from people with identical names and avatars.
I felt like crap, but luckily the actual winner was cool with it and I got him another TC the day afterwards at least :v:

I know they been reintroduced and are kinda cheaper again but still.

Traded a Ze Goggles with Hearts(unboxed by myself) for a Gentle Manne Service Medal(nr. 6-7k) back when service medals had just become tradable.
Shouldn't of been in such a hurry to get my hands on one.
EDIT: More of a fail trade on my part than a scam, really. The guy didn't really trick me into it or anything, I was just impatient and foolish. Also, the Service Medals was much more at the time, because of the hype of them just becoming tradable, but overall still an awful trade.
