Kind of obvious, didn't move a few hats from the 1st page yet, 1st page is my drop page.

1st: All for craft hats for updates. If they happen to not work out, I usually get good crafts to replenish the stock.
2nd and 3rd: Spare weapons, spare tools
4th-6th: Hats separated by class and then by all class and untradable hats
7th-10th: Weapons separated by classes
11th: Special items, special tools, crates
12th: Halloween items
All items go down a vertical line row per class. Miscs such as paints are lumped into one page. I really wish we had the option to sort items on a page basis.

1. Items for sale/spares, untradable stuff
2. Item sets
3, 4, 5. Normal weapons, action items
6. Hats
7. Vintage/Stock weapons
8. Halloween and other event items
Sort by type.
I just sort it by class and don't really care much.
I press "sort by loadout slot" on the Inventory menu in-game.
I have it mostly organized by having one row for each class on about 2 pages, the page in the back for untradable/event items, and the first page for randomly dropped weapons/scrap metal/currency items and things I'm likely to trade or apply to an item soon.
I've started to think I might need to reorganize soon though, since the "one row per class" thing doesn't look neat enough when you have a lot of items.
Sort by Class. makes melting shit together way faster.

Top of the first page has the cosmetics I wear. Bottom left carries tradable stuff and for no particular reason also a MvM canteen. Bottom right carries weapon drops I'll craft away. Second page contains my equipped weapons, sorted in columns by class. Third page holds a Director's Vision taunt and nothing else.
I have exactly three backpack pages, because I rock.
