OP, here is an idea. Use the illegal UndeadPatch. I do not use it myself, for it would obviously be illegal. But you should be able to bypass the detection systems on steam, and atleast get onto your account, and play single player. No
You could Email whoever is in charge of this sort of thing. I tried Robin, but he didn't read it. He responded with "Make a ticket"
Tell him you already did, but haven't been given any kind of response.
Xolo, have hope. I had my account disabled over a credit card refund (it's a long story). It took Steam over a week to reply to my ticket. They enabled it within a week after I replied to their reply. Keep hope and be patient!
Valve you are dick
Valve you are dick
Eh, that's life.
Eh. There's always some asshole spamming the Report button. As long as there's online communities it'll happen. It's a bitch, for sure. But it ain't gonna stop. Best to pretend it doesn't bother you, and move on with the da- MOTHERFUCKING CRITROCKETS! FUCKING HACKERS AND THEIR BULLSHIT.
Well, it's official, TF2 is dying. And it won't be a lack of updates like most hoped, it will most likely be the results of events such as this, people abusing the system in order to enact revenge on people for trivial matters, soon escalating to the point that almost no one will be able to play the game without fear of all of their games, friends, and pixels they held dear being erased. Fear will kill TF2.
i like my pixels
Valve and their business practices are getting worse. I got a keylogger/RAT and the hacker tried to phish someone using my hijacked Steam account. The account got reported and I lost ~100 internet friends, $1000 worth of games, and my respect for Valve.
Dude xolo, that's just fucked up.
I remember about a week ago, I got phished by some Russian dickweed posing as my friend. I sent a ticket to Steam and never got a reply. I had to track down the motherfucker on my own. I've gotten my Steam back, but the bastard still has my email account.
i hope valve makes a setting you can set to "never trade" and the setting has the same security as the password meaning you need a confirmation from your email to turn it off if youve set it. that way we dont have to worry about accidentaly trading something

After a good look at this thread, I am not trading ever again unless with trustworthy friends of mine. This is insane, that they can disable your account over suspicion of scamming fucking pixels. What the fuck.

They should disable your account in TF2, not steam.
Jeez, they're just not stopping, are they? :ohdear:
Jeez, they're just not stopping, are they? :ohdear:
My account is my only form of entertainment, I built a computer just to plat steam games. Oh god why would they do this to me :ohdear: I can't stress enough how upset, pissed off and confused I am right now, I got a new game yesterday, woke up to play it and found a fucking account disabled message. What's going on... There is no emote to describe myself right now...

I still have trust in Valve, for the most part. I'm 98% sure that everyone will get their account re-enabled.
There should only be VAC Bans, not bans over another persons dumbassery.
Contact steam support.
Done and included a CD key just in case. I'm so fucking scared I won't get it back. I'm seriously losing faith in Valve and that's saying something considering I brag about how awesome they are all the time.
Big whoop you just lost an ingame item to someone smarter than you, maybe knowledge can be useful! I mean seriously, I hate the idea of getting banned because you felt the need to trust every person that you come across.
