I think you'd get better luck contacting Robin directly. It seems to me as if the mods are completely against your cause. You both hit agree. You both accepted the consequences. He just didn't cope with it. So he whined to Valve and they gave him his way.

I think Valve should just take away the stuff that was "scammed" and give it back to the original owner. Giving the person who scammed a warning not to do it again or else in banishment from the item system. Just an opinion...
