Any of you texturers have any tips on coloring something? I swear to God, I cannot color or shade on the computer to save my life. It's awful. Usually people tend to think it's because I'm colorblind, but it's one of those boring, 1-in-7-men variety. I'm pretty sure the truth is I just suck at it. I stray from color palettes, shadows are always off, and blending one color into the other always looks bizarre and wrong. The end result to anything not grayscale is something that looks like it was done in mspaint. Is there some sort of secret code you have to whisper to your project to make it not horrific? e: I constantly have to refer to [URL="http://www.colorcombos.com/"]this[/URL] just for basic color schemes. i suppose that warranted a mention for anybody in the same boat, plus it kinda shows how pathetic the situation is.
