help why is noone talking english

So i've noticed that warriors and typical melee classes do really well. But a Wizard or Mage starts small, then becomes a fucking mortal incarnation of the apocalypse. It's rather silly, but makes sense all the same. Why am i bringing this up you ask? Everyone else is being offtopic.

Mage classes have this golden ticket to do whatever the hell they want because magick.

Wizards are usually overpowered as fuck, but i recall in TES games, namely Skyrim, wizards were plain boring and underpowered as shit. I tried so hard to play a Mage in that and just found hacking and slashing to work multitudes better.
