Guys ... I seriously need some tips for operation gear grinder...

All together I have probably spent 12hrs trying to get the FIRST mission done.

I tried on three separate occasions, seriously need some help here.... I've only seen ONE person with gear grinder badge in TF2 so far ... so kinda shows the ratio of how many people were able to get it done... has anyone else been able to finish it?

Need tips here!
