I haven't had many painful things, but probably the most painful would be breaking my index and thumb at the same time. Then trying to bend them. A week after they healed I burned them while cooking.

Cluster headaches are really short though. You only feel it for like thirty minutes then you feel great!

Well... the only painful thing I can remember which have happened against me was back when I impaled my foot with a tooth pick, no idea how or why but suddenly there was a tooth pick stuck in my foot.
