Tried to play Dota 2. Fuck, I remember why I never play this. I have no fucking idea what the hell is going on and I don't even go onto actual matches, I just try to fight bots. Everything except the actual fucking gameplay is amazing for me, the characters are great, it looks amazing, but it's one of those games where you have to spend a billion years learning how to play it, where learning how to play is an uphill battle, and quite frankly if that's what it takes for this game to be fun I'd rather just play any other game.

I tried looking up strats and how to play and shit and I know what the terms mean (farm, carry, gank, initiate, jungle) but it's like "when can i start having fun". Feels more like homework then a game. I can open TF2 or Bastion and have fun straight away.

I dunno, it's obviously not for me and it never will be.

I think DOTA 2 is one of these games I'd rather watch than play. Like sports.
