You shouldn't expect the same thing to happen with this item when there's an infinite hole of possibilities of whether the item is actually good or not [I]until[/I] we actually see the item. If it happens that a bucket full of people complain about the items, only then can you have your piece of the cake.

I asked a DF guy, he says the promos were made in-house, not community made I'm kind of thinking the "taunt" is just a fancy Pyro Melee taunt, tied to a weapon

I'll be honest, I'm really happy for him. If he can bring the kind of magic be brought to TF2, to something new and original, I think we're all in for a treat.
