testinglol, back before he was banned and we were collaborating on the Hat Wearing Man, said that the page thirteen was significant because (he thought) the TF2 linux update was yesterday. The Penguin Perry joke was because he made a remix of Hot and Cold with Penguin sounds, which I think he wanted to post after the update hit (which he obviously can't now). Everything else on the Hat Wearing Man cover was my own material and jokes, which I think I should have though out more carefully seeing as how the Hugging booth joke (a joke about the Claude Huggins easter egg) and the bit about the Diamond Mines being emptied (a joke about people buying so many rings that the mines would be emptied) were misconstrued to also have been cryptic hints about this update. testinglol made the Penguin Perry cover, and I made the Penguin migration map (which again could have been misconstrued to be more hype-inducing than what it was meant to be).
