I've been trying to wrap my head around the upcoming Brutal Legend taunt for a while now. Would the tf2 team have the audacity to release a taunt-kill-action-slot-promo? Or will it just be a harmless fireworks show?

So I'm looking at the source code for that gibetuxpls program posted before.
It's easy to write out the name change, but I'm wondering if this fucks with the Steam EULA.
It's got a .dll file called SteamKit2 that's a .NET library that's used by the program, and I'm not sure if it's injecting it or if it's just using it for commands. I'm assuming the latter, but I'd rather not get fucked and lose my games because of it.
I intend to use it on a throwaway idle account to be safe, but if anyone experienced in this kinda thing wants to lend some input on if this risks a Steam account ban I'd love to hear about it.
Does anyone know if Brutal Legend will have voice translations? The Steam page only says it has English voices but the original version have Spanish for the voices too.

Do you guys think Brutal Legend promos will be good? I only preordered one game in Steam with promo item (CS:Go) and this is the second time I'll do it. The taunt looks neat but not sure about the hair. Its description it's good but I won't be happy till I see it. Is a misc, right?

I'm using virtualbox, but it ucked up and thinks the game is already installed and stops halfway through validating/uninstalling

I'm in the same boat in trying to get Steam to run in virtualbox, it updates about halfway, stops and derps, and ends up having to start over. I know HD space is not the issue here.
