Didn't someone working on Bioshock Infinite see Rain's promos, making a tweet mentioning how it looks or something?

No promo weapons for the game series that has excellent stylized weapons.

If you could read, you would clearly see that. also - Fixed not hearing the sound for the Shred Alert taunt while playing Mann Vs. Machine Best update.

The Bioshock Infinite Promos that that guy made were unusuable because they were not commissioned. The guy just made some Bioshock Infinite shit with the logo plastered all over it without asking or being asked. That is what made them unusable. This is a different case than the Lounge Lizard and the Menpo. With those, they were pre-existing items with no connecting factors that looked good enough to be used as promos by the people that were working on it anyway. The Bioshock Infinite stuff was made with Bioshock Infinite in mind, used specific designs from the game, and had the logo plastered all over it. They are not usable.

Also, Psyke. It's a shame that none of the items in the TF2 Workshop can ever get into TF2 because they were all made outside of a contract.

if someone made a basketball item it could be used in future for a promotional item for a basketball game if someone made the mask/features of a very specific character from a specific game. it could not be used. there.
