Of course, considering that it's a promo item, it won't have the restriction (thank god), but it just contributes to how Halloween restrictions make no sense, at the same time. :v:

I think we were just spoiled on how great the Brutal Legend promos were that we think the Bioshock Infinite promos are bad. :v:
