I'm still inclined to believe that there will be promos for the figures based on how it's worded in the Valve Store. Maybe a fucked up demo's face misc? Or maybe an action item where they fall down or don't have proper walking animations because they can't move there feet!

So in terms of speculation we know:
1.there is a 15 min sfm movie with some motin captured bits in the works and well as some sfm released stuff
2.the robot bugaloo will be released this saturday and cuntsman talked to robin during a charity match up; who though it was a cool idea
3.VALVe will pull some shenanigins on valatines day again forceing everyone to disable notifications
4.There will be a summer update because thats the norm

Yeah, I just got both NECA Demoman and Pyro from the mail....

I'm looking at the Pyro now, it's got a weird line going around it's head which is a little disappointing.

I hope they use mo-cap sparingly if they're planning on doing it in addition to regular SFM posing. If it's not done well, the more "realistic" movement often doesn't blend well with the rest of the cartoonier motion.
I think it'll be exciting to see how they unveil this short film. If they'll make it the basis of a major update concept, or if it'll be its own little thing.
