You're probably just redownloading corrupted files. I remember I had to download Scream Fortress 2012 twice because of that.

The reason they're so cheap is people with medieval 2 during the total war weekend thing got the cape and rogue right? but they also got the foppish even though that was for the napoleon and the distribution was just all kinds of fucked up, so the items were REALLY inflated

I'd love it if it were part of a Portal 3 ARG, where you had to do a specific thing to open it, then decode a secret message from the item's description (each would be unique).
From there, everyone has to pool together and make the complete message from all those little pieces.
