Y'know what shocks me?
No TF2 valentines crates. Would've expected them by now.
Maybe tonight will add them, give us a little time to find some in drops? I know DOTA 2 is getting an update tonight, so...maybe?

I would be all for a Huntsman reskin - or maybe a new bow! - that has heart arrows.
Because c'mon. Matchmaking! You headshot someone with it and they curse you out for using the "new op lucksman" and it's just love at first fight from there.

Oh god, a Cupid bow would be amazing. Arrows would have small pink hearts trailing around them when fired, the arrow itself would have a pink heart tip, and it would probably have a love particle effect on kill - hearts slowly fly out their body.
A Pyro set would be pretty hilarious - an oversized flamethrower made out of a perfume bottle mechanic that has a pretty pink flame particle. Cosmetics include tiny wings, a box of chocolates, maybe an oversized heart gas tank?
Lastly, for no reason, Medic would take the whole heart thing TOO seriously.

Meet the Matchmaker - Appears to be about classes getting together with pretty ladies by some unseen force, ends up ACTUALLY being just 15 minutes of Pyro meticulously making matches.

Also at some point in time they take up demolitions but that's mostly glossed over.

Probably late, but I was in a server where one of the DEVs for Rush Bros (A game thats about to come on steam) said they're getting a promo in for it when its on steam.
