I don't have the time or resources to prepare for the update, so I'll just buy the item when it's price drops a bit, provided I want it at all. [sp]But what could it be? I'm half-expecting it to be a penguin badge.[/sp]

As I said, maybe in the beggining people are gonna pretend they're worth a lot but it's not gonna be the case.

And then the item will find it's way into the store/market and the prices will do the flop.

i still don't get it so buying the portal 2 soundtrack, which barely has any relevance to TF2 gets a unique item (well, eventually that is) then two action figures that are based directly on the characters and are much more related than a soundtrack to another game get nothing of their own hell, a $60 sandvich got its own item too, and yet the $15 demo and pyro didn't?

Since Valentines day is a day of gift-giving to a significant other, It would be in Valve's best interest for people to know about a TF2 Valentine earlier before people already buy gifts for their spouses, significant others, Asian body-pillows.
