Heads up: Frying pan isn't a hat; it's a Soldier/Demo melee weapon.
And if you can't seem to get a Parasite (even though if I, and most other people, had one I/they would probably give it to you) you can download Alien Swarm (it's free) and get the achievement. Otherwise happy hunting on it; you ought to be able to get one for free or for literally any item.

Hey guys.. I've heard that when you craft that Unusual axe from Halloween, If the unusual scrap you use to craft it is gifted to you from someone else and is still giftwrapped on crafting, the resulting weapon becomes tradable. Anyone know if this is true?

I've never heard of this glitch being fixed.. I've only ever heard of them fixing the glitch where the item is still tradable after opening. I'm talking still wrapped metal. (I'm really wondering if it ever existed.. Because I'm sure it'll work if it did)
