There are some types of damage that are dealt regardless of uber status.
Intense fall damage (either from actually falling or a map entity), telefrags, self-imposed damage, and being forcefully killed through console commands.

Okay then, I'll assume the Sentry Buster uses the explode command when near a Sentry.

It's not the explode command, it's something more like the Kamikaze killtaunt. However, since it's not actually a taunt, just an animation that is lumped with the other taunts, it's triggered automatically when its health reaches 0 or when it gets close enough to its target.

Also, the Sentry Buster uses all of the Demobot's animations (which explains why the Demobot acts all weird when using the Ullapool Caber, which is what the Sentry Buster uses).

The Caber being equipped is a flag for the AI to path itself like the Buster does.
They even use the same hitboxes. You can headshot the Busters by shooting where the head would be, because it's technically still there.

I remember a common bug in wave 666, the Giant Rapid Fire Demomen would sometimes appear as a Sentry Buster. Usually it'd be the last one in the group.

Small announcement: The TF2 Robotic Boogaloo's planned release date is now [B]next sunday (3rd February)[/B] rather than this sunday (today). This was unavoidable for several reasons. Unless you're already super weak, you'll almost never die from it because the healing will usually be enough to save you unless you somehow manage to propel yourself at a speed that will do a sufficient amount of damage when you smack the gravel with your face.

I'd imagine it would be easier to do by using an UberCharge canteen or just ubercharging yourself as a Medic.
Assume that plans fell through and it will come out whenever it likes.

Stop repeating yourself, I already told you that it's hard to communicate with Danger21, and even then, I doubt there's enough time to re-do the entire texture and part of the model.
