Looking at the wiki, that's pretty much Robo-Soldier's arms already. It's like I'm trying to re-invent the fucking Mousetrap here. How the hell can I improve on Soldier's fake-robot arms for a real robot!?

Ya know, to simulate skin, but not in a way that's creepy, seeing as the Steel Pipes are a kind of metal to imitate the metal exterior of the robots.

For your post, no. The idea of my robo-Idiot Box (which Rain* cranked up to eleven with the texturing LUV YA BRO) was to take human Soldier's idea of a robot and make it actually electronic and robot-ical. Or more accurately, make something based on the old 60's Tin Robot toys, which the original item was referencing anyway. But anyway definitely not doing leather because that wouldn't work well with what I'm trying to do. What I am doing I'm not sure yet. Seriously the only way I can improve on Robo-Soldier's arms is if I replace his hands with clamp robo-hands, and I don't think I can even do that.

Well, if he did that item with someone, i think it would be better put him on the credits, it's like he's stealing all the job the other guy did

If the other guy did something on the old item and then didn't do something on the new item why would he get credit. The only person you need to credit is whoever designed the old one.

Well, maybe he did design the old one, you don't know. If he's listed as an author and got a self-made from it, I'm sure there's a reason, and all of the authors should be listed in the new one, not just because of the rules, but because it's less likely that Valve will put it in game w/o them.

And you don't know either, Manibogi. So stop making a fuss about it.

He hasn't got a great grasp of english, at least in type. He might not even have been able to read the rules properly. So one guy released his item on the workshop, it doesn't matter. really, he's the one missing out on being there when we all upload together, when the updates out. Worry about yourself.
