Oh yeah, now I remember. I tried logging in to dEn00 and it kept kicking me off because other people kept logging in. So I said screw it. I don't know if he got his earbuds, but it doesn't matter now.

also these "strangers" are pretty trustworthy

and darwin awards aren't for posting steam account infos on internet forums

First off, a VAC ban is pretty serious.

The reality is that your are trusting your account information to people you have never met a likely never will. That is the very definition of a stranger, so why you put it in quotes baffles me.

You seem to be ignoring the fact that if someone did just take your account you would be fucked. You breached the ELUA on purpose, but would still expect valve to get your account back. That would be a good steam support message.

Valve could have got around all of this if they had either A) made an item for the PC player, or B) make the earbuds only equippable on if you are playing on a Mac at that time.

...and most people are smart enough to have stuff ready with steam support that if something may happen they can send an e-mail and your account is unable to go online for a day, and the password will be reset and everything will be sent to you.
