Thing is that the Brass Beast is a Gatling gun, which makes it even heavier than a minigun (I think). That also explains why you walk slower when the weapon is being spun.
Also, you spin to take down an enemy and suddenly get airblast-pushed miles away. When spinning it takes ages to get back to your spot, by that time your target has run away already.

I would really love to see this actually become it's stats, as the Pain Train needs an actual reason to be worth using. Right now it's just too situational to be worth equipping.

Yes, I would actually consider using this gun on certain maps, such as hightower, nucleus or upward.
