If they can give Kenny (the little parka'd kid in South Park) varied and almost-comprehensible voicelines, then Pyro oughta get some too. I can imagine the hilarious, drawn-out holler of a falling Pyro, and the mouth-explosion sound s/he'd make after getting a reflect kill. It may seem hard to give lines to a borderline mute, but it's all about tones and inflections and how much you want his/her dialogue to be understood.
