Hell it's about time we get a full SFM video of this song. Wonderful stuff.
Aliens would actually fit TF2 universe quite well.
Not martians, people knew there's no intelligent life on Mars in the late 60's, but there were a fuckton of UFO sightings during 50's and 60's.
Also you know, Soldier, Engineer and Pyro have Alien Technology.
I'd love aliens, we have robots and zombies, so why not?
It would also create a large amount of SFM potential.
Robots, Zombies AND ghosts.
dont forget the ghosts.

20 bucks says someone gets a scout soundboard and calls the number.

Yeah alright, 400,000 dollars eh?
Money well spent! And if you order now, I'll throw in a sandwich, absolutely free!

If I was in the US I would do that right away.

I thought Grordbort's weapons were made by humans in another dimension

I do believe I wrote up a small thing (I lie) involving aliens and TF2 many months back; basically it involves an alien mining corporation that's performing an illegal (technically) mining operation on Earth in search of Australium, and the Mercenaries (technically there's no longer a RED or BLU team, since they're both employed by Mann Co to fight the Machines) are trying to stop the Invaders from obtaining all the Australium.
I even envisioned an Invasion gamemode that's similar to the original Invasion iteration of TF2 combined with the MvM upgrade system; instead of getting the Money dropped by Machines, Australium is mined from places around the map and brought back to depots near the team bases, which is turned into Money for the team which can be used to upgrade player weapons. Players carrying Australium would drop it if killed, resulting in a mad grab for the spoils of battle. Winning the game wouldn't depend on getting early captures like the traditional Merc vs Merc of traditional TF2; it'd be based around making sure that your team gets enough resources so they can get their equipment upgraded before the opposing team does, giving them the advantage in terms of ordinance and "wargear".
I also had ideas for the alien characters too, like a Grey prospector who just wants to play video games, an insectoid "Alien Grunt" kinda character that sought to avoid it's predetermined fate of becoming an immobile living hive, a hard-working burly miner from a culture that has mining as a long-standing tradition, and even a "preserved" humanoid abomination that is implied to have once been a researcher in the Antarctic but is now essentially the anti-Pyro. They'd each be specialised in certain roles, just like how the Merc classes each fulfill certain roles.

I'd play it.
Been fiddlin' about with Source Film Maker, it's surprisingly fun to make posters and such.

This one's a bit rough and clippy and more of an experiment to get used to posing. Finger posing is hell, especially on Pyro. Also, don't ask me why they are on Degroot Keep and not some winter map like Coldfront, I really don't know what I was thinking.

This one's had a lot more effort put into it, though the posing a bit off. Either way, Sniper fishing for Scouts.

See how it looks terribly stretched on the sides?

Don't use high field of views like that; go backwards with the camera and zoom in!

Thanks for the advice, I'm still quite a novice with SFM. I'll keep this in mind for any future projects.

How many times have you said that now?

The scout's neck is twisted at a really strange angle
Other than that, nice posing

Well, I would expect it would be a common rookie mistake, anyway have the fixed version. Fixed fixed version.

Certainly looks a lot more better, thanks! Third Times the Charm.

That still looks very stretched.
I would choose a better angle. There's too much empty space in the composition.

It still rings true. :v:
