whitish main light from the front left, Bluish secondary light from bottom and yellowish third light from the back right. (not to forget the faint light from the front right to light up the rest)

Eureka effect and Phlogistonator still would suffer. As would every single weapon in the future that has a taunt-effect unless Valve goes back to make an exception for those every time they add a new one. It's more work than it's worth, just make it an action item and it saves a lot of headache.

I taunted with the Amputator, but danced instead. The healing effect still worked.
Might be the only exception though, I don't use the other 2 weapons you mentioned.

I am looking forward for Halloween to end simply because I want to paint one of the items I have, but the item looks good on a lot of classes when they have the zombie skin, but would not look as good on them painted. So once I can no longer use the zombie skins, I don't have to worry about painting it :v:

That's literally the only weapon with a taunt-effect that occurs regardless of if it's the thriller or not.
Kritzkrieg, Phlogistonator, Eureka Effect, and all of the taunt kills are negatively impacted by this because the thriller overrides their effects entirely.
Eureka Effect seemed to work fine for me earlier when using right click to activate the effect
