I think he wanted to avoid having the "same character" on-screen. You watch the entire video about the two teams fighting off generic deadly threat, then the Spy turns into something that resembles him, but is truly a zombie.

I gotta say, you've got lighting and camera angles down pretty brilliantly. If I'm honest, I would have preferred a little less usage of the in-game voices. Perhaps even none at all. Something about hearing the lines we've heard a million times before in-game sorta detracts from an original work. I think you could have very effectively told the story without the usage of voices from the point of the Engie's death.
Other than that, it was great! You deserve to win just for your camera and light work alone.

Don't take it the wrong way, Max, but I really hate the lighting in this one - it looks too unnatural. Also Heavy's shoulders in the beginning looks awkward.
