If you know what you're doing it can probably make your life a lot easier in SFM :v:

for devs, probably it is. and i've seen devs doing great things with it. except basically there is not a single good piece of software (Aka games) on its library that would justify getting one, besides dance games. and those get old extremely fast.

Doctors don't need to lose time washing their hands when they want to browse X-Rays during surgery.

For what it is, it does its job decently. I'm pretty sure if you're using it for motion capture, you can use a second one at a different angle for more precise animations in the end.
