A box hat for Campin Carl :smug:
A box hat for Campin Carl :smug:
Was that worth the bump?
Yes :3:
a gun that fires hitscan critical rockets at all directions that sets everyone in a 20 meter radius on fire
:smug:
DO NOT BELIEVE THIS MAN! He is a liar! (But that's pretty damn awesome that you can fake community weapons :D) http://www.tf2items.com/id/hell-met is his backpack!
:ohdear: eh, it's not supposed to appear in my backpack either.
You've been able to fake community weapons and add custom attributes for ages... sourcemod is an amazing thing.
That ain't sourcemod, but I didn't know they could. Got any picture or video?
Not sourcemod but here. http://www.fpsbanana.com/tuts/9132
You can't use these online though...
why would the shotgun in particular not show up in the backpack when a bunch of others do? http://www.tf2items.com/id/smashman2004 <-- Knife http://www.tf2items.com/id/tehjill <-- Wrench http://www.tf2items.com/id/mangycarface <-- Rocketlauncher http://www.tf2items.com/id/sean_c <-- Scattergun
Smashman has Community weapon? How? I thought only mappers that got included in updates and people that did really awesome stuff like the sourceop backpack examiner got those.
Smashman has Community weapon? How? I thought only mappers that got included in updates and people that did really awesome stuff like the sourceop backpack examiner got those.
He said it was because he is a mod of the TF2 Wiki or something.
Ahh, now I see. Well I'm gonna work my way to either a community pistol or community Revolver.
Lol, that Sean guy has the FaN equipped instead of the scatter. Anyway, these are pretty neat.
I think that they should just outright replace the engineers pistol with the nailgun. I would use it more even if it had the same stats as the pistol,
That ain't sourcemod, but I didn't know they could. Got any picture or video?
Huge hint: Voogru's server. He's created a plugin which uses a external module which can change weapon altributes on demand. He'll never release it though because he's a tight arse.
Huge hint: Voogru's server.
He definitely does not use sourcemod. He makes his own stuff.
He definitely does not use sourcemod. He makes his own stuff.
It is sourcemod, he even stated it was when he was describing it on the steam forums. The keypoint is though, it useds a external C++ module which is accessed by sourcemod.

Made us very :smug:
If they allow you to choose your own model, I'm sure you could think of something neat :3 If you're allowed to add a special effect to it, I'd add want the effect to cause everyone around me on my team to automaticlaly respond with their "Cheers" command, and all people around me on the opposite team to respond with their "jeers" command when I do my taunt. If it was a normal community weapon with a sparkly effect, I'd either want the flamethrower, the sniper rifle, or the scattergun. If I could have an unlock weapon communicty gun, it would either be the flaregun or sandwich :3
Rocketlauncher at doublespeed, with double the clip size, at the price of longer full reloads, and a smaller overall ammo supply (2 full reloads, i'd say.)
