For Spy, it could be the Golden Gun (James Bond- The Man with the Golden Gun, anyone?) which would do the same as the ambassador or something. For the engineer... A Western style shotgun/pistol? For the Medic... Replace the saw with a big-ass needle? :v: Just some quick 'n moderately silly ideas.

Here's a misc item that could serve to define those that have done awesome to the community: Community Contribution Capes. These items would be jiggleboned, team-coloured, take up a special Cape slot, and have an emblem that portrays the message "I contributed to the game" on the back. Oh, and they'd only be awarded to people who contributed to the functionality of the game. But on the weapon front, probably [b]K[/b]arate for the Sniper, which basically hits as fast as Bat, yet retains original damage. It's a bit of an OP, but that's a bit of a reward for those who have contributed their content to the game, and makes them stand out amongst all the others.

I'd say if you get these exclusive items during the expected trade update, prepare to be asked to DEATH for trading everywhere you go. Especially should you get a golden machine gun or the necromobile (with actual collisions just to torture you :3:)

I'd generally like something that's fun, unique, and to some extent is jealousy invoking :v: I don't want it to ruin the game for others though, that would be a shame.

how about a community medal. It would go under Misc spot and be like the soldier's medal but usable on all classes and has a nice symbol of some sort on it (TF industries/Hale Co maybe?)

A unique hat with the first/last owners name on it. Like "Mister Royzos Top Hat" with a unique hat model.
