I will join this fine club of gentlemen, for I have a hat suitable for protecting my gray matter in the barbaric American sport called "Football".

We don't know if that rate is ONLY for one hat, or if all the hats are in a group and that group has a 0.05% chance of being "dropped" and then one hat out of the group is randomly picked.
