I do post a few things on my tumblr that aren't exactly work safe (and I'm kinda nervy about getting linked on places, there are reasons). I've spoke with Psyke about it and he just got the wrong end of the stick on what to do.

No it will be red soldier only against an army of medics, engineers and pyros.
And to score points you must steal their weapons, hats and vocal cords, while adding them to your own already huge collection.
Completing this mode will unlock an exclusive hat for soldier, and the next level of gibus for the rest of the classes.
I wonder if the spells for miscs/hats are temporary or works all the time.
