the bots are bugged in quite a few ways, it's going to take valve a while to get them working at a decent standard.
e.g. you can uncloak behind a sniper on hard and he wont react to the cloak sound.
Playing against the bots feels weird and stupidly easy.
I can't help but feel that "mac user simulant" would be a more appropriate name.
It's scary how pyro's just jump out and attack you.
Its annoying how the sniper bot seems to always get the name 'aimbot'.
It's the Soldier vs. Demo update all over again. :tinfoil:

It should be in one of the options menu; it's either gameplay>advanced or multiplayer>advanced, and I also recommend the option for it to make a noise for every successful hit you make (unless you play engineer, as it rings for every shot). In fact, I'd take a look at all the options in that menu.
Also, is there a way to stop bots from changing class once they respawn?
Making Engineer bots is hilarious. I can't seem to get them to stay Engineer though.
tf_bot_force_class [class] makes them all switch to one class when they die.
tf_bot_keep_class_when_killed [boolean] makes them keep their class when they die and respawn.

From what I've seen, Snipers are primary spycheckers. I have had more deaths as Spy due to Bot Snipers, than any other classes.

I saw a demobot using stickies tonight. I noclip'd as an engineer, then built a sentry in the sky above the enemy spawn. The demo managed to run away from the sentry, and tried to lob grenades at it for a long time, but eventually he ran out of ammo or something, and he started trying to shoot stickies at it. He even charged the shots up so they'd fly farther, and tried to detonate them a few times.

At first I never got spychecked, but after a few rounds they got smarter and always spycheck me. :(

They can't use stickies well. The only reason they charge their stickies is because they hold down their attack key like they would with the grenadelauncher.
