Honestly, you have to be in a pretty sorry state if you don't know at least ONE person that has a Mac. Like it or not, they're popular. If you have a friend with a Mac, laugh and be frank that you want to install TF2 on his/her computer just to get some in-game earbuds. They'll probably let you.
