Hearts Magnificent Mangollian. The result of my server scanning with Jesscar's scanner back in 2011. One day I decided to try to get an unusual and kept trading craft hats until I had 4 bills, then had a choice of a hearts mongollian or a peace umbrella. Decided that once I painted it pink, the mongollian would be best. I wouldn't trade that hat for a highest tier teamcaptain.

I've managed get a fetti buckaroo by trading a big kill and another bud, when unusuals were worth way more buds than now, i was quite happy with it, until i've managed to trade it for a golden buckaroo with Vivid Plasma.
My first unboxed unusual instead was a geisha boy with ghosts, when i've tried to uncrate a 2010 festive crate.I didn't like the hat (and medic is my least played class) so i've managed to trade it for a Purple Energy Bonk Helm

Vivid Pyromancer in a festive crate, didn't realize unusual's value, thought it was a special Christmas quality, but then it got me into pyro and I traded it for my favorite hat + some sweets. Australium Max's, now TS, a TC, a hue replacement pyromancer, and a strange Sydney

I think my first unusual was unboxed after $150 worth of keys. The second in $40 more.
My first was either a g fetti noir or Merryweather. I bought it for eight hats, traded it for eight different hats, and then bought a purple fetti one for eight hats. Woo.

I have a rule with myself, if I ever get more than 10 buds in unusuals at any point, no matter what the hat is, I sell it. There's some good looking cheap unusuals I like to keep myself occupied, but most of the time I find myself getting money more important.
i unboxed a purple energy brainslug about ten minutes after the update dropped, i'm pretty sure it was one of the first unusuals ever uncrated. i still have it to this day :)
First unusual was a Green Confetti Glengarry Bonnet from my third crate, which I then traded to friend for his Burning Flames Tosslecap.
Eventually I traded into getting a Modest Pile unusual so that I would never have to worry about trading hats or unusuals again, god I hate trading in TF2.
Circling TF Logo Detective Noir, traded it to a guy who I knew would love it more than I did.
