I'm genuinely not trying to be a dick, but no one in their right mind will sell one to you at that price. Just because you don't "think" the price should be that high doesn't mean you can try to get it for such an extreme (and [b]bannable[/b]) lowball.
If you want one so badly, I'd suggest just forking out some dosh for one.

First, you do not sound like a dick (this is actually one of the better negative responses I've got)
But I'd really rather not fork out 2.50 a key for 13-14 keys or something with a kill counter and orange text all because it was in a box that had the word salvaged in it, and was coded to drop less than the regular crates, it's just something that really bugs me considering the price of other strange weapons in the game.
