Am I asking for a Tyrolean? No. Am I asking for bullshit? That's a no too. I'm asking for a simple trade. Nothing more than that.
I know the rule of supply and demand very well. It shouldn't have to work like that in TF2. Though that's just my opinion, and I guess I'm going to get portrayed as a 'peasant lowballing scumbag' for it. I just think it's absolute bullshit that it works like this. The Football helmet is apparently worth a turd because everyone hates it, and taste is opinion, not fact. There could easily be people out there who enjoy having the football helmet, and what do they get for it? A force a nature because, as I said before, everyone hates it. That's not supply and demand. That's bullshit.
The point is, not a lot of people one to one anymore because they know prices exist.
And the Pterussian Picklehouse is a common hat too.

I will pay, I just think it's a little unfair that I used 3 refined to craft a hat that is worth jack shit apparently, while someone else has crafted exactly the same stuff to get, for example, the Team Captain which is (I guess) 4/5 refined. That doesn't make sense. I could go on ranting about this but it'll clog up the entire thread anyway.
I'm trying to trade the Pickelhaube for a friend, he crafted it and gave it to me. I wanted to surprise him by trading it for the Tossle.

How much are craft hats going for these days? I'm in the market for a couple. How's 1.11 sound?

I have a pair of level 100 Earbuds. I'm not sure whether I have strong intent to sell them, they have a little sentimental value to me because my brother let me get them on his Mac laptop back when it ran TF2 well.
I barely ever wear them though, so I was wondering, since usually it takes several buds to buy an Unusual, is there any paintable Unusual Heavy hat I could get with one of the green unusual effects? The green effects I really care about are:
-Green Energy
-Scorching Flames
-Searing Plasma
If it sounds like I'm being dumb, I understand. I don't normally trade items of extremely high value so it's difficult to get pricing down.
