Last time I saw a lvl 100 Buds being traded it went for 1 Buds + 1 Bill's.
So, what you have there is about ~1.3 Earbuds, actually. BUT, unusual traders won't value it that high because most people don't care about levels. Try trading it to another Earbuds + keys (or Bill's) to make your life easier.
I can see a Searing Plasma Heavy hat going for ~1.3 in promos/keys. Nothing too high-tier though.
